assassins creed 4 I get below 30 instead of 60 what is the issue

I have i3 4150 and gtx 960 2gb Oc gigabyte itx
The issue is in 720p on ultra I get below 30 fps.other say it should give 60 fps at 1080p at ultra.all drivers are up to date. Please any solution.and I have itx graphic card does it reduce fps

You need a faster CPU and video card if you want smooth frames at Ultra in the game.

Hello,

Do you have vsync on? AC4 has a problem with vsync where it limits fps to 30. And turn on Vsync through Nvidia Control Panel. Btw make sure your AA is either FXAA or MSAA 2x
