is this CPU damaged? i5 6600k

Are those "scratches" on side "chicks"(i the middle) of this cpu:

are damaged ones? Its not my cpu photo, but i noticed similar ones when was disconecting my cooler, i will make my own photo tomorrow or so when i will be remounting my system.

Just what @bboiprfsr said.

Typically you are going to get a couple of little dents and scratches since CPU coolers have a good amount of pressure applied to the CPU socket anyways.

If they are on the metal part of the CPU headspreader then it shouldn't be a problem it's technically a shield for your CPU , as long as it is working and no pins bent your good to go!!! (And temps are fine)
