In the title...
Can be separate don't have to be bundled together.
Not overclocking (having it case it starts to rise in temp and it should last longer with one).

Around £20 (as I'm not overclocking don't need a good one, H7 just out of my price range)

His little brother sounds perfect but is there any place that would have faster delivery
Thu. 18 and Fri. 19 August almost a month and my pc is coming tomorrow. A week delivery would be better.
