Hi, I have a huge problem about my pc.

First: Sorry for my bad english.

I have this PC:

Windows 10 64Bits.

MotherBoard: MSI 760GM-P23(FX) (MS-7641) with BIOS version V17.13 (12/14/2012)

CPU: AMD FX-8150 3.6Ghz 8 cores 8 threads.

I only have 1 RAM module 8Gb.
(CPU-Z says is 2200MHZ on NB Freq and 800MHz on DRAM Freq.
(Kingston PART NUMBER: 99U5471-056.A00LF SERIAL: 9035A23D)

I have a NVIDIA GTX 750Ti 2Gb.

2 HardDisk;
128Gb SSD with SO, Steam, Counter-Strike:GO and a few programs like Sony Vegas.
1Tb with all the games and some shit.

The PC is between 40ºC on iddle and 47ºC while gaming.

The problem is that I usually play all the games in minimal graphics and I still get lags from 120Fps (in some games i can play at 120FPS) to 15~30.
The temperatures are stable when this happens. The fan is at 6K RPM but when it lags, the fan goes to 4K RPM.

Lags on CSGO, Overwatch, Battlefield 4, TERRARIA...

I'm studying "computer science" or "computing" whatever, and I need to know that issue.

Thanks for reading, hope someone can help me.

EDIT: 21/07/2016 You can see at right-top screen the lags on CSGO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jP8aEvt1K04

Solution
Your problem is likely that your CPU is throttling due to your motherboard's poor power delivery system. The FX 8150 actually isn't on your board's CPU support list due to having a 125 Watt TDP, your board is only good for 95 Watt or lower. Monitor your CPU clockspeed while playing, if you see your CPU clock drop to 1.6GHz when you get the framerate drops down to 15 FPS, then your CPU is throttling, and your motherboard is the likely culprit. Buy a better motherboard with more robust VRMs if you want to continue to run your FX 8150. The Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P is pretty much the cheapest option that actually has the power phases needed to run an 8 core FX CPU well.

If FPS drops from 120 to 15 it's not lag, it's a "FPS drop". Can be caused by many things:

1) CPU or GPU overheating
2) Antivirus or other program running in background
3) Bad or weak power supply

Also I think you are mistaken when you say fan is spinning at 6k RPM - that would produce unbearable sound like a vacuum cleaner or worse.
Isn't it 600 RPM or 2000 RPM?

Download, install and run OCCT program. It lets you do various tests, including CPU, GPU and power supply.

Just did the CPU : OCCT for 3 min and i got like 13 images.

How do I send u the results?

Just saw that http://prntscr.com/bvh6lo
Its a problem... right?
And the RPM... http://prntscr.com/bvh7vh Sometimes goes to 7K RPM http://prntscr.com/bvh8kc

That's what's happening! i bought the PC 2 years ago and it cost me 100€ (very very cheap) but i always had this problem. Just realized like 6 months ago the clock speed goes down to 1.6Ghz. I always said: "The motherboard is just to old" the old owner Overclocked the CPU to 4.4 getting 60ºC...
One more think. Why the RPM goes to 6K and iddling 4K?
WATCHING YT Videos on 1080 or even 720 it goes to 7K RPM...

If you have the AMD stock cooler, that's common behaviour, it has a tiny fan that has to spin really fast to move enough air to cool the processor, and the FX CPUs, especially the 8 core models do generate a fair bit of heat. It's why most people with AMD builds wind up getting an aftermarket cooler, even if they don't want to overclock.

Well... Im gonna deal with the problem. I have the idea to build me another PC. Thanks for the solutions. You are awesome.
