I just built a pc and installed windows on it. I have an ethernet cable plugged in the back going directly to my router. I know theres a connection because the orange amd yellowish lights on the ethernet ports are on. All of my network adapters are up to date, however, when inside device manager theres a section called other devices and when i click the drop down it lists ethernet controller with a caution mark and when i open properties it says theyre arent any drivers for it available. Ive turned off firewall so i know thats not the issue. I just want internet
