Newly built gaming PC freezes shortly after booting up

So I built a new PC a week ago, and have been struggling since then with it to get it running properly. Whenever I boot it up, it starts and runs just fine for 5-15 minutes, then freezes. By that, I mean everything o nthe monitor pauses in place and nothign responds. The pc keeps running, but nothing updates, and the keyboard/mouse are unresponsive. The only thing I can do is hold the power button down to reset it.

I have eliminated the power supply, motherboard and GPU as possible problems, as the problem remained with both a different PSU, a different motherboard, and without the GPU plugged in at all.

It's very frustrating for me that I've spent so much on this build and can't get it to work. Right now, I'm running MemTest86 on it, and it's about 45% of the way through its second pass, and has shown no errors thus far. If it continues without any errors,a nd does 8 passes, I'm going to run it once more for 8 more passes to be absolutely sure.

The specs are as follows:
Intel Core I5-6600k,
Geforce GTX 1070,
Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H-GSM (Previously motherboard, I returned it),
Asus H110M-A Motherboard (What's currently in the PC)
Windows 10 64-bit
