Hello, I'm trying to build a PC for my buddy, his budget is $860, including 15% tax and shipping costs. This is extremely hard to do because I live in Canada and our PC part prices are insane.

Any ideas? I've just about given up, the prices on our parts are completely insane...
Please help. ;-;

Also make sure to use Canadian versions of the websites please.
