Can i run Call of duty Modern warfare 2 or combat arms?

Combat Arms is a very old school game - if it works with Windows 8.1 at all, you should be fine to run it hardware-wise. Modern Warfare 2 has higher requirements, but does seem to require a discrete card...your APU might be up to the task but it would be more iffy.
