I accidentally flashed system ROM in bios

I have a HP Z230 Tower Workstation desktop with windows 10 and I was in the bios and accidentally selected "flash system ROM". What does that do and am I OK? Thanks.

I found out it's just a way to update the bios. When you select that it searches for a usb drive that has the new bios information so I'm sure it didn't do anything since it wouldn't have found a usb drive connected.
