Need feedback on my first pc build

So, I am going to be building my first pc soon. I would just like to get some feedback and see how I can improve it in any way. Also, if you could tell me if my psu is bad, because one of my friends said that I need a better one. And the reason it is in the ITX size is because my parents are divorced and I will be moving between houses every other week.

*NOTE* I will not be buying that rx 480, I am going got wait for the price to drop closer to msrp and will also be waiting for the custom cards.

you forgot about the cooler, I would recommend the H-5 Ultimate from Cryorig and if you could bump the budget 30$ more and get the 6600K, that would be awesome as you can overclock that CPU

The thing is, overclocking on a mini itx mobo is very difficult, and I won't be able to fully utilize a k seires cpu. But, thanks for reminding me about the cooler I'll either go with that one or the hyper 212 evo, as they seem to be the best bang for your buck air coolers. Thanks for the feedback!
