hello i have a i7 4790k but its running verry hot
i have a Corsair h80i cooler that is sucking air in the case

other specs

Asrock z97 extreame4
16 gb 1600mhz ram
gtx 970 windforce
1 samsung evo ssd
2 hhd's

my cpu is on stock speeds
temp outdoors: 25
cpu on 0-15% load is 35-40 degrees
when gaming 50-60% load is 60-70 degrees
when rendering a video or stresstesting 90-100% load is 80 - 90 degrees

i think my air flow is good
a 240mm on the fornt taking in
the h80i on the back taking in
a 240mm on top sucking out
and a 190mm on top sucking out

so i hope anyone know what the problem is

Solution
I have the H110I GTX and I have 32-35ºC in idle and 55-65ºC when gaming. Rendering goes to 75ºC max... So you have only one fan and a 140mm radiator so I dont see the problem here... Or the problem is my AIO cooler xD

Reseat the h80i cooler onto the Cpu And replace the thermal paste It might be due a poor contact with CPU .
