I have been back and forth with research on forums here and other websites and still cannot come up with an answer for myself. Here is the break down.

I am a big PC gamer and I like to stream *mostly for fun but like anyone else, would not mind it going somewhere*. Currently I have a i5 3570k and a gtx 1080 (thx to my wife) to work with along with an Asrock Z75 Mobo which is starting to crap out on me (no need to ask about it as I was planning to upgrade anyway lol) I figured why not just upgrade my entire platform while I am at it. And for the life of me, I can not decide between the 5820k, 6700k, and 6800k. These are always the three processors that are given to me when I tell someone I am upgrading. Yes I know I probably could get away with an i5 6600k for gaming but no thank you lol. So I am coming to the experts here so i can get my money together and make the plunge. In you guys general opinion *money is not a problem here as I can afford any of them in the next month*. Which one will give me the most benefit for my gaming and streaming needs while future proofing me for the next couple of years? The reason the 5820k is an option is the price would allow for some extra room to buy something else if I wanted to. Full specs of my PC below and thx for answering.

Ram: Doesnt Matter will have to upgrade to DDr4 anyway but 16 gigs currently
GPU: Zotac gtx 1080 Founders edition (recent gift from wife)
CPU: i5 3570k OC at 4.2 ghz
PSU: Thermal Take Smart W 850 Watts Bronze Certified
Mobo: Asrock Z75 Extreme 4 *mobo is starting to break down in various ways so upgrade. Also wouldnt mind reccomendations here for new platform*
Case: CM Haf XB evo
Hard Drive: 120gb SSD Kingston Hyper X, 500 gb Seagate, 2 TB WB blue
Monitor: upgrading from 1080p to either 120hz monitor or 1440p monitor this week...Havent Decided yet

Solution
If money really isnt a problem, i would go with the i7 6800k, it got more cores the i7 6700k but the i7 6700k is just slightly better for single core performance. The i7 5820k has nothing that is better than the i7 6800k, so i would call the i7 6800k the winner.
