Hi, community.

I recently put together this build (http://pcpartpicker.com/list/4nyJ8K).

I amn't getting any video signal from the CPU graphics, nor the GPU. Sometimes out of pure luck the onbpard graphics will work like it has last night, but hasn't worked when I turned on the PC this morning. The GPU wont work either.

I am also wondering what this part of the motherboard is for. The graphics worked without plugging in anything to it though. (https://s32.postimg.org/vpujyr9sz/image.png)

Everything else seems to be working fine. I'm not sure if there is something I need to return. Any help and advice is much appreciated. Thanks.

Solution
Hi, Try removing the graphics card, leaving single RAM module installed and testing each slot. See if the system does POST in each case.

It's a Molex connection. I looked up the manual for your board and it says (PCIe Express Pwr) I'm assuming it's to power a VGA card using a jumper cable assuming you cant use or don't have a plug from your PSU. It would be a cleaner install to have a jump wire there instead of a pigtail from the PSU. It's odd they don't have another one next to the second PCIe.
