Your also going to need to get new ram and a new motherboard to support your processor. Also what is the model of your power supply?

This processor is cheaper and faster...
An A8 7600 will be a very decent upgrade from an E7500, when paired with a 560 ti, you should be able to play all the game you listed at very decent configurations. However, could you list your current specs and your budget so that i might suggest a better cpu+gpu for the same price?

This processor is cheaper and faster than the A8 7600, and its motherboard has an a lot better audibility for the future unlike the AMD.

Solution
No its not, it a lot better, it can be overclocked on the stock cooler with this motherboard and will provide a lot more single core performance, The A8 7600 may have 4 cores but its performance per core will be a lot better which is more needed for gaming. And in the future when needed you can upgrade to a 4th gen i5, but the A8 7600 doesn't have a great upgrade path.

What country do you live in Europe? I'll just make a pc part picker build from there. There a very high possibility that the particular motherboard and ram may cost alot more than similar models, so it would be better to make a new build for price and availability.

Performance per core is more important, and in the next 2 years maybe all you would have to do is replace your processor instead of your motherboard as well to an i5 when you need more performance. How much is the A8 7600+ram+mobo costing you? Also there is a significant difference between the GTX 750 and 750 ti
