am i stuck with 32 bit?

i have a 64 bit processor and a 32 bit os and 86 bit architecture. can i change this all to 64 bit or am i stuck with 32 bit?

If you have a 64-bit CPU, then you can install a 64-bit operating system. There is no upgrade path from any 32-bit version of Windows to any 64-bit version of Windows (or vice versa). This change requires a complete, clean install.

Easy way to get to windows 10 64 Bit,
Just have to put in a Windows 7 key and it'll install as well (No need to upgrade from Windows 7)
