Buying new componets

Hello everyone! So I have 1000€ to spend on my new computer componets. And this is my first time buying components of internet usually I would buy built computer in store, but people recommended to build it my self. So I was wondering if you guys could help me. What is the best gpu and cpu for 1000€ right now? (Sorry for my english)

I'm assuming you want only the tower, excluding the monitor, mouse, keyboard and OS. If not, please inform, I'll change the build. At this price range, you'll have a PC that is Oculus Rift ready and can be an entry level 4K gaming PC. Here are the parts:
