So I'm getting this computer in my local area with these specs

Intel G3240 CPU
Radeon R7 250
12 GB Ram
1 Tb HDD

What else should I ask is in it before buying? Really just wanting a decent build to play Wow with some friends. Guy is asking 300 for it. From there what would be the first things to buy and improve? Looking to spend another 200 into parts for now at least. Thanks for any help and advice!

Solution
First thing I would find out about is the power supply that is in it. If it is a quality unit, I would start with a better graphics card, then processor. If the PSU isn't up to par, then that first needs changed, then the graphics card.

What is a quality unit for a power supply name brand wise? And what would you recommend for the graphics card and processor upgrade?

Awesome! thanks! So with what it has now will I be able to run WoW at normal settings with no issues at least for the time being?

Would it be better to just spend 450 and get this computer for sale?
Gtx 950
Evga 430w
Msi H110M PRO-VD
Skylake i3-6100
Ballisticks ddr4

Ok so I found this one also.
AMD Fx-8320
Radeon r9-280x
8gb RAM
600w psu
2TB HDD

Would this be the best option? And the person is asking 450 for this one.

Would I not be able to just upgrade the cpu later on?
