That's a very tight budget for getting a case in India (at least I'm guessing you're in India, based on the currency abbreviation you used for your budget, feel free to tell me if that's wrong). At PCPartPicker India, I only see three cases for under Rs.5000, two of which have windows and leds, and none of which support 400mm gpus. If you can stretch your budget a bit, the Corsair 100R Silent sells for Rs.5900 and supports 414mm gpus in the top slots: http://in.pcpartpicker.com/product/PzM323/corsair-case-cc9011077ww (no window or leds, sorry)

If you just want a simple black case, the Corsair 200R (like I'm currently using) is a good choice, though certainly not the only choice.

However, the recommendations could change if you have a tight budget or special preferences such as:
* a side window
* a certain color scheme
* LED fans
* large/small size
* room for a large cpu cooler or radiator
* space behind the motherboard area for cable routing

1.) What size is your motherboard? (ATX, MicroATX?)
2.) What is your budget?
3.) does appearance matter? Do you want a window? Do you want LEDs?
4.) How tall is your CPU cooler/
5.) How long of a GTX1060 are you planning on purchasing?
