Got my Windows 10 key today and I want to install it using a bootable USB flash drive. I have some junk on my 8 GB flash drive which I want to get rid of but when I try to format the drive I don't know which File system should I choose.
There are 3 options which are: FAT32, NTFS and exFAT which one is the best for the installation of Windows 10?

PS: Forgot to mention that before I made this post I used FakeFlashTest to test if the drive had any errors. I used destructive method which means that it erased all the data from my drive and including file system while it was scanning for errors. Now I have to reformat it using Windows. So with which file system should I go ?

Thanks for the help !

If you want to install Windows to a UEFI system, you must format it as FAT32.
After formatting as FAT32, just extract the files in the Windows ISO to the drive.
It will then be UEFI and MBR bootable. Use RMPrepUSB - FAT32 - BOOTMGR - Boot as C: or use Rufus to prepare it.

But If you read the post program that I've used to check the errors of the drive erased even the file system so I have to reformat it. Will the program do that for me too ?

Hello,
Honestly, as I know, which type of file systems you are supposed to use often depends on which file system type your Windows computer will support.
In fact, like my last notebook, it just supports NTF file system only.
Just go check your computer at first.

Or just let the Media Creation tool do it for you.
