My rig has an i5 3330 running at 3'2GHz and an Arctic Liquid Freezer 120 for cooling, but my temps under heavy load get up to 68ºC with idle of 45ºC more or less with room temperature 30ºC, is that normal? Maybe my GPU running at 73ºC under load is causing this readings?
Please help, thanks in advance

Solution
68°C at high load in a 30°C room is cool; it's way below the 100°C throttle temperature.

Idle at 45C does seem hot. Did you check to make sure your cooler is installed properly, thermal paste applied properly etc. Also Check your temps in bios and with a third party program. There could be a software glitch. That has happened to me before.
