My budget is very low. It is maximum $1300 after tax and I really do not want to hit that figure if it can be avoided in any way possible. My current build price is approximately $1230.76 after tax and $1089.17 before tax. Would the current PSU be still useable for a functional build despite being of poor quality?

Update: I just found this PSU will it work for the build?
PSU - EVGA 500W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V/EPS12V Power Supply, 100-W1-0500-KR

Update 2: Anyone? ........
Update 3: I have purchased the EVGA PSU Thanks so much everyone : D

I would like to mention that I really dislike how replies on Tom's Hardware seem to not make perfect sense when it comes to price performance ratio.
On [H]ard|Forum I posted the almost exact same question and got an instant yes or no answer where my question and choice of parts was accepted instead of having people tell you to buy more expensive parts.
Worst of all was that my system build works perfectly fine but no one on Tom's Hardware was willing to confirm that. I had to go to [H]ard|Forum to get the confirmation I needed.
Instead I got recommendations for far costlier hardware and suggestions to change my build. When I wasn't willing to do that my entire post was literally ignored.
This really makes me lose faith in Tom's Hardware and I will be posting my questions on [H]ard|Forum in the future. I appreciate your help but if it means SPENDING MORE then I really can not accept that.
I want the CHEAPEST build that will run and last. NOT the expensive build that will last. I couldn't care less about quality as long as it can run for years for less. Every penny counts.
