Youtube quality bad on 1080p?

My youtube video quality is on 1080p, but it looks as if it is on a low quality. A couple of days ago it was fine and the quality looked great, but now all of a sudden the quality is bad on 1080p. im not sure whats causing the problem. I have an ASUSVW224 monitor, Radeon r9 380x powercolor pcs+ graphics card, and a AMD FX 8350 CPU. I am using google chrome browser and i have windows 10.

You actually might be right. Yesterday i went on my brother PC witch is also connected to my wifi, and the same thing happened. Its not too bad, its just noticeable, but i can deal with it.
