After installing windows 7 ultimate 64bit, I put the motherboard (asrock) disc in an external optical drive and then went into bios and had it boot to the optical drive first. It appeared that it was going to work but then it stopped and gave me this message "Driver Disk Preparer v1.08 - ASRock Incorporation, all rights reserved
This model is not supported!

Reboot system now Press any key to continue"

Any ideas about how to fix this?

Yeah - after I posted the question, I realized that I was not thinking logically. I asked myself that same question: Why in the world am I "booting" from anything other than the SSD. That's when I started downloading drivers. Sometimes I just need to step back, ya know?

:)) yeah
