4 external 5.25 inch bays where you could put optical drives.
Edit: looking at the other pictures, only 3 of those are actually bays. The top one is a disguised access to the front USB and audio jacks.

Yes it does , 3 of them , I own the case.
Doesn't have 4 , it has 3 the other is a cover for USB and Audio.

I can't say I agree with the aesthetic decision by the case designers, though, since it is easy to mistake it for a 4th bay when looking at pictures, but I don't think it's critical; I mean, it's pretty rare for a build to need more than one external 5.25 inch bay, right?
