My current build is running an AMD A8 6600K apu with a 750 TI. Whilst this isn't awful I would like to upgrade to the GTX 1060 at Christmas due to the price and the performance it offers. I am aware that the current CPU I have will bottleneck the card severely. Would there be a good motherboard+CPU bundle (Will buy separate if I must) for £200 or below if possible?

I also have a CIT VANTAGE case: https://www.scan.co.uk/products/cit-vantage-black-mid-tower-gaming-case-with-black-interior-3-led-fans-1xblack-fan-card-reader-no-ps?utm_source=google+shopping&utm_medium=cpc&gclid=CjwKEAjw5cG8BRDQj_CNh9nwxTUSJAAHdX3fAvShHTYGICFWHcTu1vdQIgEwYnzXa-TgbLEjLX8ZEBoCMu7w_wcB

Solution
Yes, 16GB is pretty much standard now when building rigs with a decent budget, as this is what games are now recommending, and what will become more prevalent in the future. Definitely worth the investment.
If it was an RX480 you woulda been fine with an i3! :)
Its definitely worth going for the i5 regardless, but people on budgets typically like to save a bit on components if they can, let me know if this is the case in your situation.
This is what you want:

Thanks for the reply. Because I am on quite a bit of a budget (£220 roughly) is the extra memory necessary?

as chugalug_ said 16GB is better, but if you on a really thight budget you can choose to go 8gb of ram and upgrade it later. or keeping your current ram and upgrading later.
if you really have can't go above $220 and need ram+motherboard+cpu. you can also consider an i3, this will most likely bottleneck your gpu is some situations but since most games are gpu heavy it might not be that bad. i am doing this atm, but i want to upgrade my cpu once i have got the money. i have a gtx1060 6gb and a i7 930 (almost 7 years old)(oc to 3.9ghz from 2.8ghz). and i can run all my games at 60+fps at 1080p at high setting, and most above 100fps,
you could go for an i3 -6100/6300/6320. i would strongly recommend to overclock it, or instead of a gtx1060, go for a rx480 to save about 40,- to put in your cpu
so you would get something like this: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/vFmZRG , you don't need to have the extra cpu cooler, but it's nice if you want to push the limit on overclocking, to minimize the bottleneck. but even wihout overclock you should be fine.
i would also recommend using an ssd if you want to get the max preformance, a 250gb (enough for system files + some games) in about 60,-, but you can always buy that later.

How can you overclock an i3 on H110M motherboard, enlighten me please.

You can only overclock with k chips and Z170 boards, k chips are only available in i5 and i7 models.
Save up for the i5 6500 above, you won't be able to overclock it, but it'll give you some great performance regardless.
Updated based on cost.
