Hey everyone,
Just built a new PC and have a small, but annoying issue. Every time I put my PC in sleep, reset, or shutdown, when I power it back on, it will come back with this issue: No display or back-light keyboard, but I can hear fans running at 100%, and PC component lights are on.

To bypass the issue, I have to force-power off, then "reset" the PSU by flipping the on/off switch to off for 5 seconds, flipping it on, then power the PC up.

When I do this, all is fine with everything working (and funny enough, if it was in sleep, it will start will all the applications I had up, I thought it would have cleared the memory with the PSU reset).

Does anyone have any idea how to trouble shoot this? To me it's different than many other forum questions relating to "no display on monitor" as I can get the PC on and "fully" functioning.

PC Components:
ASUS Maximus VIII Ranger
i7 6700k w/ Corsair H100i V2
EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW
8 gb ram x 2

Thanks!

Windows 10 professional 64-bit
But it's not isolated to resuming from sleep. Also happens when booting up from shutdown or restart
