Might be a stupid question but can I power my gaming PC (gtx 1060, i5 6600k), monitor, speakers and charge my mac all from one cheap extension lead lying about.

Would it affect performance in any way for gaming or charge my mac slower?

Yeah, they don't draw taht much. For example, a single heater would draw alot more.
