Gainward has a decent reputation, and their cards are actually very underrated performance wise.
Most people typically don't mention them, sticking to brands such as Gigabyte, EVGA, Asus and MSI, but for the price, this is the best deal you're gonna find on Mwave.
The RX480s are priced similarly and offer slightly worse performance, so its better to for the 1060 for that price. Absolute steal as far as the current prices are concerned.
The RX 480 performs about 5% worse than the 1060, and is a fraction of the price in AUS at $315 at PCCG for the 4GB version.
Note that the 4GB versions are actually rebadged 8GB models with 4 GB locked, so you can flash the bios to gain access to the other 4GB rather than paying extra.
They are currently out of stock but it is def worth waiting for the 4GBs to come back into sale.
The 1060 starts at something stupid like $450, so definitely not worth it.
There is however an ITX version of the 1060 SC by EVGA going for $409 at PCCG, so worth checking out if you can't wait.

Im actually going to be purchasing my parts from mwave as they are in the same state as me and have the cheapest shipping.
I've found two rx 480's, below:

https://www.mwave.com.au/product/asus-amd-radeon-rx-480-8gb-video-card-ab83754#detailTabs=tabOverview

Would they work with the new ASRock Z170 Pro4/D3 LGA1151 ATX Motherboard?
thanks

They will work with that motherboard. Typically any graphics card with a PCI-E 3.0 connector, aka anything released in the past 5 years or so can connect to that motherboard, hell even PCIE 2.0 GPUs are compatible. :)
Those RX 480s aren't great deals though.
PCCG ships nationally for quite cheap, so if you live in QLD, SA, WA, NSW you should be relatively well off, however NT might have different prices because its in the middle of nowhere. :)
I would still wait for 4GB models to come back into stock as previously mentioned, but if you were to go for one go with the sapphire, better value.

PCCG is based in Melbourne, whereas mwave is in nsw and there is a $20-40 that i've found sometimes so i would prefer to stick with mwave :)
Which would be the best price to performance wise:

Hi,
Looks like the one you have linked is only for pre-order.
Is the phoenix one the same? not including price.
