GPU Temps and Fan Speeds!

So, i'm using a XFX R9 390x and i'm getting 70 c at 50% fan speed while gaming (witcher 3, ultra, 1440p). Is this ok? Or should i have a lower fan speed for the gpu? I'm a little concerned about the fan speed that is the reason why i'm asking. Can the GPU's fans get damaged by running at 50%?

For the fan speeds, 50% is really good. I have mine around 60%.
As far as I know, there is a very small chance that your fans will get damaged at that speed

70'c is very cool for that card. The 290x and 390x create a ton of heat (reference models hit 95'c).
