Does the i7 4790k require a psu higher than 500w?

I am planning on upgrading my current CPU to the i7 4790k because I read from the bottlenecker that my current cpu is bottlenecking my GPU.

My specs are:
I5 4670k
ASUS Sabertooth Z87 Tuf Armor
GTX 1070 G1 Gaming Edition
16 GB 1600mhz
1 TB HDD 7200 RPM
Corsair 500w 80+ bronze

PS: I plan to water cool it with the Thermaltake Water 3.0 Performer C.

Well i already have the Antec TPQ-850w sitting on my cabinet and im not really in the mood to install that PSU again. I was using it while i had my 970 in SLI but the cables are really stiff so cable management was quite hard. Thanks for letting me know my CPU wont bottleneck my GPU but say i was to upgrade to the 4790k for future proofing, would i have to switch PSUs with the current hardware i have?
