No display on monitor when gpu is connected but everything inside seems to be properly functioning

alright so I just finished my build and everything was going smooth, but when it came time to turn it on there was no display on my monitor. This was weird because everything on the inside was running well. I took out the gpu and connected it from the motherboard and it turned on again, so the problem here is that whenever the gpu is installed there is no display. Im thinking bad gpu and was going to return it but thought posting this might prove helpful

and the gtx 1070 gpu

this is also my first build

nothing wrong my baby .. just try to de-charge your PC . or the Memory banks/slots ..

turn it off from the outlet and leave it for 10-15 minutes ..

if not worked then you need to remove the rams slots all and reinstall . so you need to terminate the static charges that build up in your Case .
