i know its been asked bunch of times, but i want to be sure, my cpu is at 3.4ghz i havent overclocked, currently have 4x4 16gb of crusial ballistix smart tracer led ddr3 memory at 1600mhz, psu is fortron aurum 700w.. I think thats all, the reason i keep asking everywhere is that if my computer cant handle GTX 1070 without bottlenecks i wont need to basically build a whole new computer... and with that said im planning with the card to buy a new 144hz monitor. And mostly for multiplayer games i play Arma 3, DayZ mod, Standalone, csgo, and with new card i might try some new games like star citizen etc. for single player games i play basically everything that interest me, except for strategy games. Please dont judge me and thank you for your help!

Also for overclocking cpu i have a bit of an isue but thats another story...

You'll probably want to overclock the cpu if looking to get fps up as high as possible for 144hz. If anything down the road you can upgrade to a 4790k without rebuilding the whole computer if your cpu holds you back. Just keep in mind that many games don't average even 100fps with a 1070 when paired with an 8core 5960x overclocked to 4.4ghz.

If i be able to do so, i remember from the start when i bought my computer, i was trying to OC cpu,but that got me nowhere, maybe i got one of those un-overclockable cpu's cause even i have corsair h80i water cooler, my temps where to high, i was trying to get up to 4GHz but no luck, by no luck i mean high temps, cores were at 60 degree celcius or something, i dont remember actual number, but as i can recall temps were too high
