I've been searching so long for an answer to my problem but there are none to be found. So my problem is that I can't Factory reset my laptop as when I boot my laptop up is for some reason has a black screen during the motherboard splash screen part but then after a couple of seconds it takes me to the windows logo and works perfectly fine.
All I'm trying to do is reset my laptop.
I have an Alienware m15x, it's pretty old.
