it's a very very very poor 600W PSU, without any more information i'd suggest that you expect it to fail at 300W and that you expect it to fail in a non-graceful fashion, possibly damaging other components.

Tier 3 and above if possible.

isn't 600 watts that big enough? and i know I will upgrade my ram to 4 gb and work my way to 16 gb
