Better graphics card for recording xbox one?

I am deciding between PC's from best buy and I am not sure which graphic card would fit my needs more.
I will be recording and editing xbox one gameplay using an elgato.

Is NVIDIA GeForce or the AMD Radeon better to go with?

Gotcha. Well as I mentioned above, I will be recording and editing xbox one gameplay using an elgato.
As for the budget, I don't have a strict one because I am just trying to learn more about individual parts to narrow down my choices...
