I have a dual core cpu g2010 2.8ghz. I want to ask...can i run it with rx 480 on 720p with ultra setting on latest games...i will be buying new cpu later on..core i5 skylake

You will be fine with a four core i5. Games still tend to favor faster single cores instead of more cores. This is the gamble that AMD took and unfortunately lost.
