Can I run 2400mhz ram at 2400mhz on b150 motherboard by XMP?

If my b150 motherboard support 2133mhz max and xmp. If I install a 2400mhz ram, can the ram run at 2400mhz in xmp profile?

I saw similar questions in the forum but they give mixed answers.

No, DDR4 models support 2133MHz. B150 is a business PC chipset.

Your memory will run at 2133 and you will never notice the difference.
To run overclocked memory you need a z170 board and unless your buying a K series processor is not worth the price increase.

2133 like I said you will never notice any difference.
The 2400 will work with the board but default to 2133.
