Missing Cache on SSDHybrid

Hi Guys, I installed a Seagate Momentus XT750 Hybrid SSD on my Lenovo T500.
It gave a huge boost in Performance.
Subsequently I had to re-install Win 7 Pro after formatting drive.
A small Partition got reformatted(inadvertantly) & now after reinstalling everything the SSDHybrid Cache is not available.
The performance is only a third of what it was. It feels like a standard 7,200RPM Hard Drive.
Was this small partition that I deleted/formatted a System Partition that enabled the Cache to enable SSD Hybrid to work? Is this what's called a 'System' Partition.
I've used the full amount of 'Sea Tools'(Seagate's Utilities) etc but no Joy there.
Any idea how I might get it back?

The hybrid drive determines on its own, over time, what should go on the solid state portion.
Worth noting that overall performance is actually worse on hybrid drives.
They are only decent for certain computers that need very quick on/off cycle times, like a laptop.

Restart your PC half a dozen times, it should get faster with each cycle.
