GT 730 GDDR5 2GB for 720p games

i want to buy decent GPU only for 720p gaming at low or medium settings.

GT 730 GDDR5 2 GB looks very good in price. about about half price of 750 ti 2 GB

is there any benchmark between GT 730 GDDR3 vs GT 730 GDDR5 ?

currently using i5 4210U with 820M GPU. will any substantial gain in performance ?
i can play Black OPS 3 with 25 FPS avg 720p low settings with it

i want new setup with:

CPU: FX-4300 OR AMD A8-7600 Kaveri Quad-Core 3.8GHz
RAM: 8 GB DDR3 1600Mhz

gddr5 is ofcourse faster than gddr3...more here...

so far i understand 'NOO', better solution would be GT 740 or better

u have a laptop...and the cards u r stating are for desktops...i dont see how u gonna use them, unlesss externally...

Yes, i have DELL laptop with 820M, i want to setup new Desktop with GT 730 GDDR5 if any substantial gain in performance at 720p gaming.

750 ti is about $160 - $170 here ( INDIA ), now i'm thinking wait for RX 460 is good.

ofcourse mate...it shd be pretty much here by then...actually the releases are worldwide usually...but the availability in this part of the world is not enuf during the initial days...
