Hello! So I bought a GPU which was too big for my pc, so I then bought a flexible extender cord to connect the GPU to my motherboard. My PSU did not have enough wattage to support the GPU so I then bought a new CPU SPECIFICALLY for my GPU and then bought an adapter for SATA to 6 pin to plug into my PC (I know a lot of adapters but I've seen it done and it works!). And last I bought a VGA to DVI-D adapter to connect my GPU to my monitor. All in all everything works smoothly, you can tell there is a connection between the GPU and motherboard because you hear a slight difference in the fan speed when you turn on the computer (speeds up just a little bit, then relaxes vis versa when you turn off the computer) so I know the issue isn't there. EVERYTHING is functioning except my monitor with the GPU. I installed my drivers for my GPU, changed the setting in BIOS from Integrated Graphics to PEG (PCI-E). I even opened up my PC, took out my ram and put it back in. I practically tried everything and I just really want to use this GPU to get full experience out my Sims 4 game and even start my own gaming channel. Any help or suggestions?

You have so many kludges (PCIe extender, power supply adapter, cheap power supply, VGA adapter) that there is NO WAY to troubleshoot this. You need to take the card to somebody that has a PC that can support it with a display that is compatible and see if it works. You need a baseline to work from.
