Why Is my LED RAM Blinking?

So I've been having this issue for a while now and it's really starting to annoy me. My RAM has LED's inside it (that are ment to be shining red) but they are blinking.
On my motherboard there are 8 RAM slots (4 on each side of the CPU) and all of my RAM thats on the left side is blinking while the other side is not. So 4 of my 8 RAM sticks are blinking and I really don't know why, the timings are set correctly and the clockspeeds are too. They get the right amount of voltage and are functioning properly but the LEDs on them are blinking.

One thing thats really strange is that when I remove half of my RAM (leaving 2 sticks on each side of the CPU) the RAM stops blinking. I have no idea and I saw a guy on youtube using the exact same motherboard as me and the exact same RAM as me and he is not getting this issue.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aiudRDB5IU8 If you look at this video all of his ram sticks are NOT blinking at all and just remain shining. Please help me resolve this issue since this is the third time I'm posting it and noone seems to help for real. Thank you.

Well here are all of my specs:

Intel i7-5820K with H110i GT Watercooling

MSI GeForce GTX980 Ti Gaming 6GB

MSI X99A GODLIKE GAMING Motherboard

Phanteks Enthoo Luxe - Black Case

KM4C8GX4N-2666 RED DDR4 Klevv Cras Red Creative Evolution 32GB (8 Sticks) RAM

Corsair AX1200i Digital 1200W Platinum Power Supply

Samsung 850 EVO Series 500GB

Have you tried switching positions? I men, put the blinking rams where yhe non blinking ones are, and check which ones blinnk now.

Also, is everything working as quad channel? Are all sticks detected (does windows show the whole amount of ram)?

The only thing I can think of ia contacting the RAM manufacturer via theur support website.

I've tried switching the positions and the ones that werent blinking started blinking so it can't be the RAM and yes all of the RAM is detected by windows. Also I've tried every single combination that works with the different RAM sticks and nothing works. I've also tried to email Klevv Cras Support and they wont reply nor take my RAM back and replace it..

This is really strange, to be honest.
Maybe some.kind of power saving feature that reduces power to a set of dimms? I have not heard of such thing, but it's the only thing I can think of.
The mobo manual also has no information on the matter.
Does the blinking still happen under load, with all the ram (25GB+) used?

Correct, no matter I put the sticks the left ones blink. Maybe it's the motherboard?
