Solution

Actually, I looked up the manual for the Enthoo Primo at Phanteks website, and the video card clearance is more complicated than that:
257 mm (reservoir bracket installed)
277 mm (reservoir bracket installed w/o cover)
350 mm (no reservoir bracket)
390 mm (HDD cages in front position)
515 mm (no HDD cages)

Also, it looks like there are two separate hard drive cages, one of which is down near the power supply...

Hi MauveCloud....i found these two case Cooler Master Cosmos II (Black) ATX Full Tower Case And Phanteks Enthoo Primo ATX Full Tower Case
i am still confused so please help me to select best among this..

It's hard to be sure which is really best for you without knowing what else is in your build, but based on TweakTown ratings, the Phanteks Enthoo Primo is a little better (credit to JackNaylorPE for demonstrating this way of comparing cases in another thread):
http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/5726/phanteks-enthoo-primo-ultimate-chassis-review/index9.html
Phanteks Enthoo Primo scores 99, 99, 99, 99, 99

http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/4501/cooler_master_cosmos_ii_ultra_tower_chassis_review/index10.html
Cooler Master Cosmos II scores 96, 97, 95, 94, 93

hey MauveCloud if add a phanteks enthoo primo in pcpartpicker.com it says like this.... The Phanteks Enthoo Primo ATX Full Tower Case supports video cards up to 515mm long, but video cards over 257mm may block drive bays. Since the Asus GeForce GTX 1080 8GB STRIX Video Card is 298mm long, some drive bays may not be usable.

515 mm (no HDD cages)

Also, it looks like there are two separate hard drive cages, one of which is down near the power supply area and probably wouldn't interfere with graphics cards if that one was left in while the other was removed. I'm less certain of that, though.

Silly me. I hadn't gotten as far as checking what country you were in. The only SSI EEB case that actually has a price listed at PCPartPicker India is the Cooler Master Cosmos II. That doesn't necessarily mean it's impossible to get the Enthoo Primo in India, but it's probably more trouble than it's worth. I suggest you just go with the Cosmos II.
