So I currently have an AMD Athlon II X2 270 CPU that takes 65W and a 1GB AMD Radeon HD 6670 GPU (Couldn't Find Watts) on an ASRock A785GM-LE Motherboard with 2 1GB Dual-Channel DDR2 DIMM Ram Sticks with a 186GB Seagate ST3200826A HDD and want to upgrade to a faster CPU, GPU, and RAM. I've found some 4GB RAM kits and my friend recommended an AMD Phenom II X4(Just that, no 850 or anything) and a compatible GPU(he didn't tell me what). My power supply isn't really marked, but seems to be a Cooler Master RS-500-PCAR-D3. Most sites say it's 500W and I don't want to have to buy a new Power supply if I don't need to. What would be a good upgrade? I want to be able to play Overwatch without much lag, so I guess consider that the minimun? Also, my case is small(the PC was custom built by that friend), but I don't know the ACTUAL measurements. Also, if I just got another of the same HDD, would it extend the C: Drive? Because I don't want to lose my memory.

Along the lines of what the others said, a new build is about the only logical choice. A new cpu means a new motherboard and new ram since you're currently using ddr2. There aren't any single pieces that can be upgraded to make much of a difference. I'm not sure what you're looking to do with the pc but it sounds like gaming based on the gpu you've got even though it's older.

Overwatch being a fairly new game has high requirements in terms of hardware compared to your current setup. Even the hard drive is pretty small in terms of storage size. Quite a few newer games are taking 30-50gb or more of space per game. Your cpu isn't up to par and not sure your gpu even meets minimum specs. They list either an hd 4850 or gtx 460, the 460 is a...
You've a lot of questions, pieguy6mc, and I might return to a some of them, but the long story short is this:

Most of the components you've listed are very old and outdated, and cannot be reused. Both your CPU and GPU are likely limiting your performance in games, and upgrading one or the other would likely prove unsatisfactory. On the other hand, you're really looking at a from-scratch build if you want more performance, and you'll need to buy a new copy of Windows for that too.

What is your budget?

They list either an hd 4850 or gtx 460, the 460 is a lot faster than the 6670 and the closest I could find for a quick comparison was an hd 4870 which also was faster than the 6670.
