Best gpu under $200 for these games?

Hey guys, I'm helping my nephew build a PC, and I need help deciding on a gpu for him. The games he plays: Minecraft ( he's like addicted to this), CSGO, and GTA v. What gpu will be best in the under $200 range? He wants to play these games on pretty high fps. He wants to be able to run minecraft with [super?] shaders on 45+ fps. Thanks guys I know this is a lot but I know you guys can help me out.

Edit! I forgot to mention the gpu is the only part I need.

This is a good guide for relative performance:

1) *Price gouging is still going on due to stock issues, so getting the RX-480 (4GB version) for about $200USD might be several weeks. not sure.

2) If you can't wait this R9-380X is about the only one that fits your budget and goal

3) No mention of CPU, however my advice would be the i3-6100 Intel CPU for a medium-to-high build or i5-4590, i5-6500 (or close) Intel quad-core for a bit more.

Summary:
My best advice at this point is to BUILD the system without the graphics card. Install W10 64-bit, test etc. Use the iGPU in the Intel CPU for now (by attaching monitor to motherboard).

Then buy an RX-480 when prices are good such as an Asus Strix model.

That's an example of what I'd build for $400 (no dGPU, no Windows).

If I had more money this would change. As it stands now it would be about $300USD extra for W10 64-bit and an RX-480 (once prices stabilize) so closer to $800USD with tax etc.

If you can swing closer to $1000 then you'd want an i5-6500/6600K, SSD for Windows (plus HDD), better motherboard, maybe 16GB system memory...

*Stay away from AMD CPU's.

Sorry forgot to mention the GPU is the only part I need. And also what's wrong with AMD CPUs? I know there outdated a little, but in this benchmark the 8370 competes with the i5 6400 and beats it in a lot of titles. either wait for the prices on the 480 to come down


or look at a used gtx 970, which should be easy to find nowadays


just make sure if you buy used it is from a company that transfers warranty or the warranty is tied to the card itself like msi or evga
