Hi, I want to buy a PSU, But I'm really confused, When I decide or choose how many wattage do I really need, Should i get the total of my pc parts wattage, Example : CPU 90w - GPU 160w - Motherboard 80w, PSU = 330w.
Or should I get the highes watt usage, Example : CPU 90w - GPU 160w - Motherboard 80w, PSU = 160w.
Thanks.

It all really depends on what your pc will be, if its a single GPU configuration a 600w with 40A@12v+ rail Bronze Certified from a known brand will do fine. If you however are planning on SLI/Crossfire you should go with 850w+ Gold or Platinum Certified from a known brand.
with power supply you always want them larger by 200w more then you need. some of the cheap units are not ttue output that written on them. you want the 12v line to have the most wattage on it so that under gaming load the unit wont overheat or shut down. also want a known good brand.

I didn't really built one, Or even chose one.

Buy quality over wattage. A good modern 550 watt PSU will cover any normalsingle GPU config you can muster up.

For non gaming rigs pretty much any 300 watt PSU will do the trick.

Buying for exact wattage is dangerous as taxing a psu 100 percent is not good.
