I own a RM650x and have been looking for a high-quality, small form-factor, portable, gaming case and the TU-100, TU-100B, TU-200, and TU-300 fit that description. Then i read the specifications for all of them. The TU-300 is the size of a Mid-Tower. I would be fine with that size but i'm looking for something smaller. The TU-100 solved the size issue, being bigger then a SG13 from silverstone, but smaller then a Corsair 250D or 380T. There's one problem with it is that it can only use a SFX (Not SFX-L or SFX- LG) power supply which will not power my components as a SFX power supply can only go up to 600w and most of them get too hot for an ITX case. (R9 390x and a i5-2400 won't work on 600w) Now come's in the TU-200 and TU-100B. They both support the ATX form factor of power supply's, but the TU-100B is worse at airflow, and doesn't have a 5.25 bay, only a slim drive. (Wanting to use a 5.25 bay fan controller since my motherboard has only 1 system fan, and want the bragging rights of owning a touch screen on my PC case :3)

So my only choice is the TU-200. I was set until i read that the maximum supported legnth of the psu is 140mm? Why the hell is it that small, only some atx power supply's are 140mm long not counting the cables, so why? Anyways, there is a removable hard drive cage which could increase the legnth of the psu requirements. So is it possable to do that?

Solution
What parts do you already own?
It sounds like you already have the RM650x, a R9-390X and a I5-2400 cpu.

Your psu is 160mm long, so you would need to remove the drive cage if you wanted to use your psu.
I would have no problem with that, a SSD is small enough and of sufficient capacity to work.
You CAN find quality psu's that are 140mm that will work.

a single 140mm front intake should be sufficient, and if you really needed more, there are higher rpm versions available.

You CAN get sfx psu's that are sufficiently powerful.

I very much doubt that you can fit enough into a TU-200 that a 600 watt PSU will not handle it. What are you planning on for your system specs? Also have you ran those specs through a PSU calculator to verify? All that is to say I am betting you can use a SFX power supply safely.

Touchscreen fan controller.
240gb SSD (Sandisk) and 1 TB 7200rpm Western Digital HDD.
1 140mm fan (From the case)

Cooler master Recommended: 505w
OuterVision Recommended: 516w
Bequiet Reccommended: 526w

I want to have efficiency so i chose a 650w psu.
