restoring .pst files that are on a dvd (Outlook 2010

I have had a major crash. I was able to save my system disk, although it won't boot.. I do have my outlook .pst files on a dvd. How do I do I get them into to my brand new Outrlook 2010 install from the DVD so they are recognized and I can read all my email?

copy the pst files to your hard drive.
open outlook, go to file -> account settings -> Data files tab, click add and browse to your pst file.
