In need of help from computer experts for ELGATO HD60

So currently I just have a basic HP 550-127c desktop for which i record videos on! But on the Elgato software when I want to record in 1080p 60frames, it wont let me because my computer isn't really that good. So I was wondering what I should upgrade and what would be compatible with this p/c in order for me to record in 1080p 60fps. Here are the specs: HP 550-127c Processor AMD A10-7800 Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C +8G 3.50 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00GB (6.95 GB usable)
Motherboard Orchid2-S
System Type 64-bit operating system x64-based processor

ANY HELP WOULD BE SOO GREATLY APPRECIATED!

You can't really do much else with that system due to the motherboard and very weak power supply.

Best thing you can do is sell it and get a system based on an Intel i5 CPU, maybe an i3-6100 with an SSD for faster recording.

I'm recording on the computer that has the elgato software on it which is connected to my console.
