Hi, guys im kinda new too computers but recently I bought 16 GB Ram and Installed them but when I Check system settings I only have 8 GB usable.

What mobo, CPU and model # of the DRAM? What does the free app CPU-Z show in the memory tab and where are you looking in Win?
