Hey everyone! I know this is a pretty common question but from the threads I've found I haven't seen anything that specifically applies to my current situation. I have a 500GB SSD and 1TB Hard drive which has been in use for ~3 years. How do I configure my SSD to be the drive that my entire computer runs off of? I think I could potentially fit all of my data onto the SSD but that feels like an imperfect solution as I want to use the Hard drive for storage. The SSD might as well be straight out of the box because I haven't done anything to it. So in essence my question is: how do I get my SSD to be the main drive without formatting my HDD starting from the point I am at? Thanks for any and all replies!

Solution
remove hdd and boot off ssd, install Windows or whatever to the ssd. Add older hdd after install and set ssd as default boot device in bios.
Or
Use a program like clone drive, and copy entire content of older hdd. Set ssd as default in bios. Then go ahead and delete duplicate content off older hdd.
Hope this helps.
